Frequently Asked Questions

Q:What do I need to bring with me to my first appointment?

A: You will need a prescription from your doctor, your insurance card and your calendar to schedule your future appointments and filled out forms

Q: How long will my appointment take?

A: You should schedule at least an hour for your initial evaluation. Treatment times after that will vary depending on your treatment plan, they will usually be an hour.

Q: What should I wear?

A: You should wear tennis shoes and comfortable loose clothing for exercise and also to allow the therapist to easily access your injury. Shorts or loose sweatpants are ideal.

Q: Who should I contact with any problems or questions?

A: If your questions are clinical they should be addressed directly to your therapist. All other questions should go to our office manager. Q: Is your facility wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, it is and we strongly suggest parking in the disabled parking spaces located only in the lower parking lot between the two buildings if you are unable to negotiate stairs.

Q: Does your facility accept Medicare and Medical?

A: We are a certified Medicare outpatient clinic, but we do not take Medical insurance.
